Marvelous lightweight cooking stove! I prefer to use it as a base/windscreen for my Trangia alcohol stove. Because of the way it snaps together, the Vargo Stove can become unstable when loaded with something heavy. That, however, is easily fixed with a large safety pin. After pushing the last snap unto itself, a small roll of metal sticks through the outside of the shell. By sliding the safety pin into that tube and closing it, the entire stove becomes "bomb-proof".
