Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. You must first request an RMA (return authorization number).
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 14 days. You must first request an RMA (return authorization number).
The item being returned must be in as new, re-sellable condition, including all packages and boxes, with all paperwork and accessories, or it will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping costs are determined by amount of order. At this time, with our product base, that is the best and most cost effective method for us and our customers.

30.01-98.99=$5.80
99.00-up=Free
International Shipping
0.00-25.00=$4.50 first class standard airmail-(no tracking or insurance avilable)
25.01-99.99=$7.90 first class standard airmail-(no tracking or insurance available)
100-up= $35.00 EMS(tracking standard and insurance available)
Items will be shipped as merchandise. We will declare actual value.
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM Central will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, but sometimes may be.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Unique Titanium as an estimate.
Cancelled orders will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. (Paypal and Credit card processors charge us these fees when you cancel your orders)

Unique Titanium shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Unique Titanium shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled by us, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
